I use the postal system for shipping, so unfortunately there are no tracking numbers that I can send you. I send them Air Mail though and it usually takes between 7 and 10 days to get from here (Australia) to North America and the UK/Europe.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the material, I don't offer refunds on the book and DVDs. However I will replace any defective products. All you need to do is write me.
